Return Policy

If you have a problem with the product after purchase, we will provide an exchange service. Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the product

You can apply for a return or exchange of goods in the following cases:

Product is damaged
Receive wrong  items
Sensitive feeling after use
Only one return per order

All products returned to us must be kept in their original condition, that is, unused, in undamaged original branded boxes and bags.
There is no return or exchange for custom-made goods
Clearance discounted items are not refundable
In case of any disputes, Scentercross will have the final decision.
